@SouthernRailUK I went from imperial wharf to Clapham junction, Clapham junction to Balham then Balham to Clapham South and then I drove because there wasn’t another train to sydenham for another twenty minutes :(

@SouthernRailUK I tried to use this system and they have denied my claim. I paid with my contactless card but obviously that doesn’t show the train I intended to travel on. Useless. I know what bloody train I was waiting for but I couldn’t go on it because YOU cancelled it.
