Thank you to anyone who engages with me on my tweets, replies, qrts, etc. I enjoy this app quite a bit. I hope to get back to livestreaming gameplay and shenanigans but that seems like a distant dream rn. Til then i'll be with my nose to the grindstone.

Mainstream media is covering Sony’s predatory push for a digital monopoly🚀
If music still gets released in CD, vinyl and cassette, movies still get released on blu-ray, books still printed on paper, why should games be all digital?
Sony is fabricating a false narrative that no one buys physical games when the Insomniac leak has shown to be false.
Do not fall for this
Do not allow them to discourage and demoralize you into think you have no power
Just few years ago they were bending over backwards over the stupidest things few bloggers cried about regarding gaming
They should listen this time, if you press hard enough

So hear me out, is Sony shutting down PS3 store because digital games are more affordable or are they cancelling physical games because PS3 digital store is too expensive to keep?🚀
Also, can we expect PS4 and PS5 stores to eventually be shut down with all the games reliant on an abysmal subscription service line-up for backwards compatibility, when they deem PS4 and PS5 games “too difficult to run” on PS6 or 7 or 8?
What if we can get laws that protect and compel companies to keep servers running forever to protect buyer’s right to maintain permanent access to digital content? Will servers cost end up being more expensive than discs?
No mater how you look at, Sony screwed up bad. And this isn’t about the future, it’s about a short-sighted attempt at a monopoly
Keep up the pressure
You are the customer and you got the money

To make it 200 % clear: What Sony does will affect everyone. Not just physical fans. Not just gamers. It sets a precedent for the future that every company can get away with exploiting customers due to the lack of legal protection. Make EVERYONE sign this: https://t.co/ZJGO46mfuU
Companies should stop pushing woke messaging and just focus on making good games. Most people are sick of it being shoved down their throats.
The decline in quality at places like Microsoft and Xbox happened because they replaced American developers with H-1Bs who lack creativity and come from cultures that prioritize scamming over excellence.
Any company that does mass layoffs should be banned from hiring H-1Bs to replace those workers. This is basic fairness and civilizational survival. Loyal American employees should not be thrown away for cheaper foreign labor that produces inferior results.
Microsoft’s Indian CEO just fired 3,200 American workers while filing for 5,000 new H-1B visas. This is exactly why any company that does mass layoffs should be banned from hiring H-1Bs to replace them.
Companies are undercutting loyal American employees to bring in cheaper foreign labor, and the result is worse products and the destruction of our tech industry. This is not free market success. It is civilizational suicide.
Trump needs to implement a simple rule: if you lay off American workers, you lose the ability to hire H-1Bs. Protecting our own people first is basic common sense.
The current wave of internet content filtering is unlike anything seen before, posing serious risks. Online resources and social ties hold immense personal value. The benefits of open access far outweigh the dangers, especially when restrictive environments stifle exploration. #InternetAccess #DigitalRights
🚨 Only 4% of physical games cannot be played straight off the disk.
Don’t let people tell you otherwise!
GameRant tested hundreds of PS5 games and the vast majority worked in offline mode! 66% gave you an OPTIONAL download with bug fixes, but would still work.

Our stream with NYRA President Zane Miller was a great talk on the issues around Internet safety and how we get to game. Because if the proposed rules on Internet and game access go ahead, it will impact all our ability to get places like X, YouTube, Minecraft in the first place. It's hard to believe that with 600+ followers here, the only views seem to be from people directly checking our feed.
(Platforms have been noted to de-boost, demonetize accounts discussing these topics.)
There just may not be much willingness to hear discussion on one of the most fundamental changes to the Internet since it was created - or hear from young people and Gamers who are some of those most affected by the legislation.
Thanks to @YouthRights for joining us for this important talk
@Meyhemmaker@Pirat_Nation Physical discs are both relevant and practical. As far as our digital rights go, we do need to have a serious and complete overhaul of the current laws and regs regarding ownership of digital goods. Licenses ain't it.
