@serahaldin Added in another element (work in progress) during a recovery session… tracking HRV as an indicator beyond HR. This is an example that I just experienced. Tying all this together should help us know more about our limits.

I’m not a doctor, just a guy with POTS trying to make a better app. First thing I do is drink a zero sugar sports drink to try to get volume up. Check if any of your medications impact the contraction of blood vessels - my now fired PCP had prescribed meds that just made matters worse.

@claudeai @ClaudeDevs I’m sorry, you mentioned “back” clearly this must get moved to Opus 4.8 so you can waste 5x the tokens making mistakes that Fable simply doesn’t.
