మంచిర్యాల నస్పూర్ గేట్ వద్ద లారీ, ఆటో ఢీకొని నలుగురు మహిళలు ప్రాణాలు కోల్పోవడం తీవ్ర దిగ్భ్రాంతికి గురి చేసింది.. నిత్యం పని చేస్తూ తమ కుటుంబాలకు ఆసరాగా నిలుస్తున్న ఏడుగురు మహిళలు ఆటోలో మంచిర్యాలకు వెళ్తుండగా ప్రమాదం జరిగి నలుగురు ప్రాణాలు కోల్పోవడం బాధాకరం.. ప్రమాదంలో మృతి చెందిన కుటుంబాలకు ప్రభుత్వం రూ.25 లక్షల చొప్పున ఎక్స్ గ్రేషియా ఇవ్వాలి.. గాయపడిన వారికి మెరుగైన వైద్యం అందించాలి. ఈ ప్రమాదంలో మరణించిన వారి ఆత్మలకు శాంతి చేకూరాలని భగవంతుడిని ప్రార్థిస్తున్నాను.. వారి కుటుంబ సభ్యులకు ప్రగాఢ సానుభూతి తెలియజేస్తున్నాను.

The sheer negligence and profound callousness of the State Government have reduced Telangana's public healthcare infrastructure to a state of absolute shambles, marked by systemic failures and a chilling disregard for human life.

Staggering Infant Fatalities: Over the last two years alone, an alarming total of 378 infants lost their lives at RIMS, Adilabad. Despite continuous distress signals from the ground, the state Health Minister refused to step foot in the hospital until five young lives were brutally engulfed by the official machinery’s sheer negligence regarding basic equipment and maintenance standards.

The Hollow Promise of "Adoption": Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy made grand public declarations about adopting Adilabad district to drive its development. Today, the Telangana Rakshana Sena (TRS) poses a direct, pointed question to the administration: Is this the magnitude of apathy and neglect that you unleash on a district you claim to adopt; where human life is treated as utterly worthless?

The Myth of Financial Scarcity: The government's standard excuse of a fund crunch is nothing more than a smokescreen. As things stand, over ₹500 crores of Central Government funds remain unutilized in the state's coffers. Every single time a shortage of essential medical staff, life-saving supplies, or critical equipment makes media headlines, the administration cries foul over a lack of resources, which is completely false. Furthermore, crumbling local infrastructure continues to claim lives daily, with pathetic road conditions forcing helpless pregnant women to endure harrowing journeys and frequently deliver en route to hospitals, while harassed and overworked hospital staff are left to suffer in silence.

The 30-Day Ultimatum and Call to Action

The Telangana Rakshana Sena (TRS) officially issues a strict 30-day deadline to the State Government. If the administration fails to take concrete, sweeping action within this timeframe.

Specifically to:

-Thoroughly revamp RIMS and public hospitals to guarantee true, high-quality healthcare for the poor;

-Instantly repair killer roads that endanger local lives and cause emergency roadside deliveries; and

-Address and resolve the severe grievances and harassment faced by hospital staff,

If the government fails to do so, TRS will launch a massive, widespread district-wide agitation to ensure that the citizens of Telangana finally receive what they rightfully deserve: True Governance.
