what even stood out to me in the video is that the machine isn't replacing the paramedics, it's freeing them to do everything else that keeps a resuscitation moving while chest compressions stay consistent and that's the kind of technology i find most impressive, it doesn't replace human skill, it just protects it from human limits yea

We can make geothermal grow just as fast. By the way I am not a fan of it. But it's practical. Look at it this way, since nuclear power plants exist to generrate steam for turbines, our geothermal means that we have a natural nuclkear reactor underground. That we don't have to build.
That's the reactor plant equipment plus containment plus nuclear-safety-grade systems which typically account for somewhere between 55 and 70 percent of overnight capital cost.
In short, God has already paid 70% of the costs we would have to incur to build nuke plants. Why are we not maximising tyhis favour?
Literally because the earth's internal heat flow is radiogenic, from the decay of uranium-238, thorium-232 and potassium-40 in the crust and mantle.
