Had an amazing day at states! I ended my outdoor season with a discus throw of 153’2. This placed me at 8th in the entire meet. I also broke our school record from 1978 which was held by C.Butler. I want to give thanks to Coach Jay Ray and Coach Abby for helping me achieve a dream I’ve had since my first discus throw.

Had an amazing time at leagues this year! I took first in discus with a new Pr of 150’11, which puts me 1 foot away from our school record! I also took second in shot put. I am going to miss competing with all the friends I made during my four years of throwing.

Had an amazing time at regionals this year! Took first in discus making me the back to back discus regional champ, and I took third in shot. Both throws qualify me for states this year!

Had an amazing day at the LAB this week! Hit a new Pr of 47’1.5, and I ended up taking First place among some great competition!

Had a great time at Aquinas college. I got to have my first weight throw meet, and I ended up throwing a state qualifying throw of 43”11 using a one turn! I also threw a 45”10 and fouled out the front of a better throw in shot put.

Big thanks to Coach Edwards and Coach hunt for helping me find a great time to get on campus. I got to see more of the campus, meet and talk with players, and got to eat some good food. I also got to learn more about the academics at Adrian and how some classes go. Felt great to be in black and gold!
