The Abiy regime launched 4 drone strikes in Mandi today. They hit areas near the marketplace and bus terminal killing over 30 civilians and wounding dozens more. There have been more than a dozen drone strikes in Oromia in the last two weeks that have killed 300+ civilians.

This is a misleading report. The local gov offices were being used as military camps & command centers, the damage was sustained during fighting. Furthermore, banks throughout West Wallaga are being emptied by fleeing local administrators and regime soldiers.
There hav been 6 drone strikes in Oromia since Oct 20th. The targets have been densely populated urban areas which has resulted in several 100 civilians killed. In West Shawa alone, over 150 civilians have been confirmed dead as a result of drone strikes in Meta Wolqite and Cobi.
