We know that ESR unavailability can be frustrating for NHS staff; over the weekend we applied important updates such as legislative pay changes, password policy changes, enabling access to multiple payslips & pension updates - all essential to keeping ESR compliant & up to date.

@SF_Wales hi, could you tell me if you respond to a form sent by post to know if it’s being processed or how long the wait is likely to be for the outcome of an application please? The application wasn’t able to be completed online so it had to be on paper.
