Great tv. AWFUL customer service. Had the tv for 6 months and all good.
Bought, got Amazon to put it on the wall, haven’t touched it aside from maybe the odd angling.
Currently on maternity leave with a 6 week old so tv quite necessary!(😂🥰)
Came home from visiting family to tv not working. To then be told it’s my fault? And refusing to fix/replace on warranty.
We haven’t done anything to break it, and told (without them seeing it in person) that it’s 100% our fault by their wording @HisenseUK

I'm so scared for my 12 year old and today's world. I've taught her manners and respect and I struggle to explain daily to her why it's important,then something so simple as keeping a door open for her to walk through by the person in front, then they just let "go" 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

I'm petrified for my 12 yr old growing up in today's world 😞 gone are the acceptance to have an opinion. Gone is the right to fight for what you believe. It's either this way or that way 😭 We came out of lockdown in the UK to learn nothing , other than each to their own.
