@easyJetholidays is the only way to get my refund for my cancelled Rhodes holiday over a month ago to go to ABTA? The customer service team is appalling, hours wasted on calls, emails unanswered, managers never calling back! Has anyone successfully had their refund? I am stuck!

@bluebell_con @easyJetholidays I haven’t and had to give up and just book another holiday so they have my money twice now! Am going down the complaints route now as it’s just ridiculous and unfair when others have been given a refund.

@easyJetholidays has anyone been given a cash refund for their cancelled Rhodes holidays due to the wild fires? Despite being told by my card providers that I am entitled to a refund I am only being offered a credit that I won’t have for 28 days.
