@lsferguson I hire teens. But in many ways my hands are tied due to "child labor laws." These laws ONLY protect kids from getting jobs. I cannot let 14-15 year olds work half of the food equipment in our business. We are a small shop--I cannot pay an employee who can only do half the job...

@JoshuaBarzon A real job is better for your teenager than sitting in school 9 hours. Let them do their school in any alternative way that takes a few hours, then they should be working. And paying for an increasing number of their own bills (gas, clothes, phone, gifts for others, etc).
