I also gave under the impression it was helping criminal cases since patriots were getting arrested almost daily for a week, when video footage showed a different situation.
But again why 8k to one?

Why was it all given to one person who is being sued civilly for 10k? 8k for legal defense on a 10k lawsuit because she pepper sprayed someone?
