I've gotten a few questions about it, so I'd like to do a thread: what does it mean when someone describes themselves with a pronoun mix, like she/they?
(Spoiler: this touches on a lot more than just pronouns!)
This 👏 is 👏 what 👏 we're 👏 talking 👏 about 👏 when we try to tell y'all that the phrase "women and nonbinary people" reduces the idea of nonbinary down to "woman-lite." AMAB people, trans masc people, & anyone non-femme are told they're not welcome. Stop. Using. It. Period!
We’re compiling a Queer History Portal on the website to signpost projects, clubs, Archives & Museum work on LGBTQIA+ history. Wanna be on it? Or tell us who should be? Pile in & let the world know🌈👇RT / #queerhistory#queermuseum
Here's our interview with @MarilynRoxie, creator of the genderqueer flag. Released in 2010, it's the earliest nonbinary flag and one of the earlies online flags. We talk about the creation of the flag and their journey through finding their queer identity.

It's okay to not know your gender.
It's okay to experiment with your gender.
It's okay to realize you're not transgender.
It's okay to realize you are transgender.
You don't need to be 100% certain of everything about yourself - people are fluid and change every day. You too.
Still putting together the interview with Marilyn Roxie, creator of the #genderqueer flag. In the mean time, they've written a through essay about how they came to understand their identity.

In case you are still under the illusion that non-binary people are a "minority" in the trans population - there were 7400 NB respondents vs 7000 trans respondents (who didn't ID as NB) to recent government LGBT survey. Non-binary inclusion is not optional.
#HappyValentinesDay to you—& to my true love .@CentrSexCulture! Today we’re launching our #Patreon to help keep CSC open in a very expensive city so we can continue social change work around sexuality for everyone, everywhere! ❤️❤️❤️ https://t.co/bJBS3RxY5t
