@David__Osland Correct. It's not the government that provides the wealth and prosperity for all in capitalism. That would be Utopian socialism. In capitalism it's the market that's the engine, not the government.

Because you have to qualify. The USA has a very high tertiary education rate because you could always find a school somewhere that will take you. The people who would qualify for cheap or free education in European countries like Czechia often can get scholarships, grants, and other forms of assistance within the country. While traveling to Europe for education would still be attractive economically you'd also have to factor in living in a foreign country.
