Check out our new publication https://t.co/lnqj0coFdd published in @SciReports where we described the distribution of alternative untranslated regions within the mRNA of the #CELF1; good job @ArekPKajdasz D.Niewiadomska @MichalSekrecki and K. Sobczak @UAM_IBMiB#DM1#splicing
Big congrats to our lab member Katarzyna Taylor and others, who recently received Sonata grant from #NationalScienceCentre. Kasia is going to deeply investigate #MBNL#splicing and a potential therapeutic strategy for #myotonicdystrophy work will be done at @UAM_IBMiB
Time flies by. Six years ago I started my PhD @UAM_IBMiB@GeneTherapyLab Today it was my defence and it went even better than I could imagine 👌 a lot of good things happened during this time. Now I'm looking forward to new challenges! #PhDone
In this paper we describe an antisense oligonucleotide (ASO)-based therapeutic strategy for fragile X-associated disease. We showed long-lasting effect of ASO treatment which suppress the dominant negative effect of toxic RNA of mutant gene in brain of mouse model of the disease
Finally our study about the impact of MEF2c on microtranscriptome in skeletal muscles is out! Read our work in @SciReports
