Very interesting question! One day the choice will be to get a Neuralink device or be a Luddite. It will be like horse travel vs cars, except the car is actually your own personal spaceship!
@GBarbarosie@riley2187 @Neuralink1 @neuralink I would have thought that too. I’m sure they considered it but I wonder why they didn’t do it. Regardless, I doubt we’ll have the ability to create a copy of someone’s entire cognition until the mid-2040s earliest. I’m not too bothered when, as long as it’s before I die.
@GBarbarosie@riley2187 @Neuralink1 @neuralink Well, landing a rocket was unfathomable before Grasshopper was built. Do you know if there’s a physical reason why we couldn’t have a save state or if it’s just going to incredibly difficult but possible?
@kenziephares @mandapIs It’s like a ‘language will be redundant in 5 years. Oh btw, did I mention we can cure all mental problems?’ type of shit your pants.

#Neuralink will make Talking Redundant 🤯🤯🤯- @elonmusk on #JRE, by @Blamblas
Elon Musk talks about the ludicrous possibilities @neuralink will bring on the @joerogan Experience. Apparently, talking may be redundant in 5-10 years!
