On Oct 9, astronaut Michael Fincke performed the second run of the winning Genes in Space 12 experiment aboard the ISS. Congratulations to our student scientists, Julia Gross and Isabelle Chuang, whose creativity and curiosity are helping unlock the future of space exploration.
Congratulations to the @genesinspace-12 student winners! Their experiment was delivered to the @Space_Station as part of NASA's CRS-33 mission. GiS-12 will lay the groundwork for a new way to treat bacterial infections in space using bacteriophages.
Huge news! π The @genesinspace-12 experiment is launching soon on SpX-33 to test phage therapy in space. A big thank you to our incredible student winners and partners at @BoeingSpace, @NEBiolabs, and ISS National Lab for making this possible!
Lab in a Box kicked off its 9th year this week! Biotech training loans that induce smiles! Check out this post and become the next recipient: https://t.co/vktYi7LUSr
