A coalition of fourteen civil society organizations, including CDD-Ghana, has filed an application before the Supreme Court seeking leave to be joined as Amici Curiae in Adamtey v Attorney-General (J1/3/2026), a case challenging provisions of the Office of the Special Prosecutor (@ospghana) Act, 2017 (Act 959).

The coalition’s intervention is motivated solely by a shared commitment to constitutionalism, accountable governance, anti-corruption, institutional integrity, and the preservation of independent public institutions established to serve the Republic.
