@paulswaney3 He plead to every charge. Willingly. Admit he did them. I read a victim impact statement that would induce suicide. The judge was appalled while I literally trembled and had to be restrained at the stand. And this. This is what he got.

@paulswaney3 He was a “one time offender” even though he previously drove his car drunk into a home, got so drunk he broke into a woman’s house and fell asleep on her couch? And D&D and crashed his car into a box truck. But I got ninety whole dollars

@paulswaney3 He pleaded guilty to assault and battery (M) and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (F) because he slammed my head into a steel door and proceeded to try to murder me until my husband saved my life while his now fiancée witnessed in horror

I am taking that $90 and donating it to the victim advocacy fund and sending it to his parole officer in memorandum of his life. If I had to sit on the other side of my victim impact statement I straight up kill myself. I hope he does.
