The power of self-belief isn’t just some feel-good quote.
It’s a real, biological force that can completely reshape your reality.
And the most powerful tools you already own?
Your breath and your mind.
I’ve been diving deep into this lately, and once you understand the connection, it changes everything.
Most of us walk around breathing shallowly from the chest.
That keeps our nervous system in a low-grade stress state — fight-or-flight on a low simmer.
It fuels doubt, anxiety, and that nagging inner voice saying “you’re not enough.”
But shift to intentional breathing and everything changes.
The Complete Yogic Breath (also called three-part breath) is one of the most powerful techniques:
Inhale slowly through the nose — first fill your belly, then expand your ribcage, then let the breath rise into your upper chest.
Exhale in reverse — upper chest, ribs, belly.
Do this slowly and fully. It engages your entire lung capacity, calms the vagus nerve, lowers cortisol, and creates deep physiological safety.
I use box breathing (4-4-4-4) before big moments, or 4-7-8 at night.
But the Complete Yogic Breath is my daily foundation — 5-10 minutes in the morning while I visualize success.
Because self-belief is rooted in neuroplasticity.
Your brain constantly rewires based on what you repeatedly think, feel, and experience.
Doubt strengthens negative pathways.
But pair calm yogic breathing with vivid visualization — seeing yourself succeed and feeling it in your body — and your brain starts treating that future as more possible.
It doesn’t fully distinguish real from imagined when your nervous system is relaxed.
This is why athletes, performers, and people who’ve transformed their lives all use some version of this.
I’ve seen it happen.
Friends stuck in ruts start small: five minutes each morning of Complete Yogic Breathing plus affirming real evidence from their past.
Over weeks their energy shifts.
Posture improves.
Voice gets steadier.
Opportunities appear because they finally show up as someone who believes they can handle them.
The body experiences safety and strength → the mind opens → belief compounds → bolder action follows.
Self-belief isn’t the absence of fear or doubt.
Doubt still shows up.
The difference is you greet it with a full yogic breath instead of letting it take the wheel.
Over time that compounds like interest in the bank.
You recover faster, take smarter risks, and become someone others naturally trust and follow.
You already have everything you need inside you.
Start tonight:
Lie down or sit comfortably.
Practice 8-10 rounds of Complete Yogic Breath while anchoring one genuine win from your day.
Build the habit.
The calmer, bolder, more capable version of you is waiting on the other side.
Breathe into it.
Trust the process.
You’ve got way more power than you’ve been told.
What’s one belief about yourself you’re ready to strengthen?
I read every reply. ❤️
Alison Hammond turned heads on This Morning today in a bright green dress as she opened up about maintaining her incredible 11-stone weight loss.
The 50-year-old presenter told viewers she did it the natural way through early-morning workouts and sticking to a healthy eating plan.
She was clear she has never used weight-loss jabs, saying it was all down to hard graft and consistency.
Viewers rushed to praise her online, calling her “absolutely glowing” and saying she now looks “better than ever”.
Fans said her results prove you don’t need injections to transform your body and praised her for being a positive role model.
Alison said the new routine has given her more energy and confidence than she’s felt in years.
She looks like a different person..do you think she didn't use jabs?
@CEPschindler He said Israelis not Jewish. Why can't you thick fucks distinguish the difference. Think listing them all would help alot of people understand who's in control of the west tho so I don't object with either
