@WOWCare We've been battling internet issues since AUGUST in our neighborhood (many neighbors with the same major lag issues). Customer service is useless for the problem. They've sent techs who claim its a widespread issue with a piece of equipment that was replaced during a storm. 🤷‍♂️

@Activision EVERY time you update the game it destroys MW... All settings revert back to like the game was new. EVERYTHING for controller setup, screen size, brightness, etc is lost. WTF...?

@WOWCare Our service (500Gb) has been an absolute NIGHTMARE since the so-called upgrade/maintenance last Wed. We lose our connection at least once every 30 min for about a minute. I realize things happen, but not being transparent about the issue is INCREDIBLY frustrating for customers...

@ATVIAssist It tells me I have 1 token left to change my name in the game (I used one about 2 weeks ago to change it and then it switched again) so I assume it would allow me to change it again, but I don't want to spend the last token and then lose the ability all together...

@ATVIAssist I'm not sure what more information you would like? My Activision name in the game keeps randomly changing to strings of long numbers and letters. I'm not the only one affected since I see similar names in lobbies... I changed my name once, but it switched again shortly after.

@ATVIAssist I have changed my name 2X now and AGAIN its gone back to some long string of stuff starting with UCD or something. The account name change now says I only have 1 token left (had 2)... Not to mention almost every time I start the game I'm back to LVL1. After a match its fine?
