@qatarairways@qrsupport Need urgent action for PNR 9HSYG7. Outbound already rerouted, but return on May 2nd is stuck on JAL (currently suspended till Apr 11). My partner has a medical diagnosis (GAD) & CANNOT fly via conflict zones/Doha. Medical certificate sent yesterday.

@qatarairways I have been waiting for a solution since March 23rd. This is unacceptable for a 5-star airline. My case is an Involuntary Reroute with documented medical necessity (GAD). I have been patient for 5 days while your agents provided only scripted responses.
