@sainsburys Please see earlier tweet. Tried to raise the issue as a complaint by telephone. Problem: there is no real "complaints process" just someone on the end of a phone promising to pass information to the Smart shop team. Service will never improve like that.

@sainsburys problems today with the Smartshop app. Was obliged to put £190 of bagged shopping back through a manual checkout because the app can't recognise a re-scanned item - locks on "unrecognised item" and expects something to be declared at checkout, or full manual checkout.
