The marine seismic company Polarcus has gone bankrupt and laid off all its employees. All it’s vessels have been ordered to return to a safe port.
The Polarcus Naila’s track left a sad message on its way back to port. #bye
On this day in 1849 we admitted our first students.
The college was inspected in August 1849 by Queen Victoria and Prince Albert who were in Belfast on a state visit. The President, Vice-President and professors met formally for the first time in the new building on 27 October.
