PROPOSAL TO HAM/GOVERNMENT
——————
Dear Ham/Government,
In light of the amazing work you are doing on Nakivubo channel, I came up with an idea that could export this wonderful innovation to develop other cities outside Africa and attract some good revenue. I have seen many misplaced parks/forests and idle streams on prime land in old cities in Europe. We could sell them our idea of constructing malls over them. I’m sure they only spared them because they don’t know what to do, and they don’t know what they’re wasting. Kindly consider my proposal so that we spread the gospel of socio-economic transformation to the world so that they may appreciate our progressive approach to city development. The public land above the streams could even become our personal property. We can share the revenue in hiding. Thank you.
Yours sincerely,
Jimmy Spire Ssentongo
