Rememer when Men were Men?. My lid on my garbage bin wouldn't close. Thanks to only picking up every 2 weeks now, I may have a bit more garbage. How is this a safety hazard when you use automated picking arms to pick up garbage? @cityofcalgary #wieniegarbagemen

@FreedomMobile Take me back to before internet. 3 weeks after you force me to convert to Videotron there is now an outage. This isn’t acceptable. I work from home and now can’t work. Do better.

@MicrosoftHelps @_prem_prakash I feel for you. I’m locked out of my production Tenant. I can’t survive and will be fired if I have to wait 3+ days to access my email and do my Global Admin job. I guess talking to another IT professional by voice is a privilege these days.

Calls have been placed on hold for hours and in both cases suddenly drop for no reason. This is on your side as my call stays online but it goes radio silent before it drops 2 minutes later. Data Protection Team? How big is this team for such a critical task?

Try to speak to a supervisor? It’s an hour wain on hold with no callback. Obviously an anti-consumer anti-competitive decision to avoid having to deal with their actual issues that front-line agents can’t solve.

@FreedomMobile Today all incoming calls from other Freedom phone #’s are going direct to voicemail without ringing or showing a missed call. Are you aware of this???
