Rereading Leo Babauta’s “The Power of Less” - always love his emphasis on single-tasking vs. multitasking. Always know the latter is less efficient, but always forget it’s also more complicated. Complicated tasks are prone to stress and errors. Back to focusing on one thing.

Distance-based learning formats should focus even more on assessment "strategy" - it needs to be more than a piece of evidence - it must include feedback and metric monitoring to ensure ALL learners achieve the learning outcomes.

2. KISS - That's right stupid, we're keeping it simple. Each session will have participants experiment, practice, and attempt small course design tasks in Blackboard. Design tasks will represent use cases rather than specific functionality.
