It's easy as an owner to get distracted by the negative in the day to day.

A new employee came in this morning and said this is the happiest he's been at work for years, having been with us for about a month. Feels heard and supported.

I had an intense meeting yesterday. One of our leaders called on his way home to say "thanks for going to bat for us, I know it isn't easy but we all appreciate it".

He didn't have to do that, but it sure feels nice to have people see the work the goes on behind the scenes!
