Self-checkout lanes are a scam to make customers do unpaid labor for massive retail corporations. They eliminate cashier jobs to save money, yet they don't pass any of those savings down to us. Then they have an employee stand there and watch you like a criminal while you scan your own groceries.

If I am checking out my own items and bagging them, I deserve a 5% discount on my entire receipt.I will gladly stand in the one open human lane just to avoid using those automated machines.

A major new study published today by a panel of Democrats and Republicans ranks states by quality of life. The states at the top aren't the richest, and they don't have the highest tax rates -- although they do seem to do an unusually good job executing policy and sharing the wealth that they create. Often they have opposition parties strong enough to keep ruling parties nervous and effective.

The district gets the grant and neither them nor the state provide any real oversight and of course the Grant Money Gets Scammed

Whats worse, is non of the paperwork for what they are spending the money on is for Drug Abuse Prevention or things that integrate them into the community

The Money all goes to Somali Programs like Soccer Leagues or Prayer Centers
