@CanesDavid @ChapinMD Agree clip applier does not work well. Here is short video trying to remove clip partially across right external iliac vein (lap scissors worked). Haven't tried it, but as mentioned, a harmonic scalpel might be more graceful approach...

Day 2 brings some hands-on work into the mix. Our 6th robotic system arrived Friday just in time. Residents will complete several simulations, including bleeding management and our new Block “O” dissection challenge. #SURS
