Old telephone exchanges. Early to mid-C20th blocks that on the outside resemble ordinary residential buildings. But when you look inside are jammed with heavy-duty multi-storey tech.

Seems at the same time both old-fashioned and futuristic.

Clearing out today, I found this pile of every Bond film to 2006. On DVD too - doubly anachronistic. No idea how they got there.

Headed for a charity shop soon. But not before I’ve thrown in a few films from the box set on the right. There’s an alternative leading man for you ☘️
