@KagutaMuseveni Warns Banyankole Against Excessive Bride Price Demands
“Why ask for 15 cows and millions of shillings? Why are you selling your children? You make young people fear marriage and, unfortunately, some begin their lives together in debt.”

I'm a cardiologist. Let me tell you what I see in my practice that breaks my heart more than any clogged artery.
A patient walks in carrying five diagnoses — obesity, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, fatty liver, and gout — on seven medications. Each prescribed by a different specialist. Each treating one symptom. None of them talking to each other.
Nobody told this patient the five diagnoses are one disease.
They are five faces of the same metabolic dysfunction. And the root is almost always the same: chronically elevated insulin driving fat storage, inflammation, and organ damage simultaneously.
Medicine gave this patient a bigger bucket under every leak instead of fixing the roof.
Here's the roof. And how to fix it.
In 2025, the ICD-10 coding system — the official classification used by every hospital and insurance company in America — added a new code: E11.A. Type 2 diabetes in remission. Medicine now officially recognizes that type 2 diabetes is not a permanent, progressive sentence. It can be reversed.
The DiRECT trial in the UK achieved 46% diabetes remission at one year through intensive dietary intervention. A 2025 Indian study of 2,384 patients achieved 31% remission. A 2024 trial in Pacific Islanders achieved 23% remission — with some patients entering remission without significant weight loss, proving the mechanism is metabolic, not just weight-driven.
This is not theoretical. It's published, replicated, and now coded in the medical system. Your doctor can document your reversal.
Here's the protocol I walk patients through — step by step.
A submissive wife doesn’t just stroke your ego, she multiplies your empire.
Here’s the cold math of life most men ignore:
A career woman is trained to compete, climb, and chase her bag. That’s her energy, masculine, restless, always on edge. She’ll see you as a rival before she ever sees you as her king.
A submissive wife? She takes the chaos out of your world so you can focus on hunting bigger game. She builds your castle from the inside while you’re out conquering the outside.
📌 One drains you with battles for dominance.
📌 The other fuels you with peace, order, and loyalty.
A submissive wife is not "less"
she’s a force multiplier. She turns one man’s income into a dynasty because there’s no war at home, no competition in bed, no friction in vision.
💀 A man with the wrong woman spends his life fighting indoors.
🔥 A man with the right woman builds empires outdoors.
So do I agree? Hell yes.
A submissive wife is not a liability, she’s the hidden ROI most men overlook.
One of the clearest signs a woman is not for you is that she doesn’t listen to you.
Not when you correct her.
Not when you advise her.
Not when you try to lead.
She listens to her friends, male or female.
She listens to her boss, even if he disrespects her.
...
@DearS_o_n Your body will tell the world how high your level of self-discipline is and how much you take care of yourself.
Men, don't let your mouth (food) control your body.
Society doesn't listen to a fat and weak man.
No one is going to listen to what you have to say.
13 Rules for Men, No Boys!
1. If she cheats, she is out. No second chances. Know your worth—you are the main event, not the side story.
2. Demand respect or walk. Respect is not negotiable; set your standards high and keep them there.
3. Always stand up for a handshake. Show confidence and strength from the start, no sitting it out.
4. Do not go broke for show. Skip the splurges for clout; financial freedom is the ultimate flex.
5. Leave the last bite if it is not yours. A true boss respects boundaries—even in small things.
6. Never settle for average. Each day, aim to outshine your past self and crush new goals.
7. Hold your ground. Lead your life without letting others take the wheel; you are in charge.
8. Think, then speak. Take a beat before answering; that pause signals confidence and control.
9. Do not beg for love. If she does not see your value, walk away with pride—you are a whole prize.
10. Ditch porn for real confidence. Prioritize self-worth over artificial validation and distractions.
11. Make your handshake count. It is your silent intro, so let your grip show strength and control.
12. Hit the gym consistently. No shortcuts—discipline in fitness shapes discipline in life.
13. Be ready to defend yourself. Self-protection is your power; know you are capable of handling anything.
Received an email from a 21-year old.
Well-to-do family.
But parents didn't allow her to venture out much.
She agreed.
She only studied.
Took science, when she didn't want to.
Worked hard.
Got through a Canadian Uni.
Went for Comp Sc but changed majors to business without informing parents.
Now she is scared of what will happen to her life.
Her email ended with "I'll be fine because I always do. But the thing is who do I blame?"
We exchanged a few emails, and I noticed that her pattern of wanting to blame her parents for her current state did not seem to end.
I asked for her permission to share candidly what I felt, even though it might hurt.
She said she was ok to receive the feedback.
Here is what I told her exactly (straight talk alert!)
You have a victim mindset.
Which is to blame something or someone else for where you are.
Because it feels powerful at the moment.
It feels like you have done what you had to do, and only if something or someone else had done their bit, things would have been fine.
At 21 this is a very dangerous mindset to have.
It will never make you grow.
Never make you succeed.
You say you have tried.
But you really haven't <her name>.
Because where you are right now is far more comfortable.
You have someone to blame.
You have an excuse for not winning in life.
You have an explanation.
But if you were to actually do it on your own and then fail, you will have no one to blame.
And that scares the shit out of you.
Because you know at that point you will have nowhere to hide, nowhere to run to.
You are young.
You have a beautiful life in front of you.
Don't fuck it up.
Get up.
Get outside of your head.
And take responsibility for yourself.
You got this!
Like I said a few days ago.
I do not have anything to prove to anyone, anymore.
If some of you think that I just conjure thoughts out of the figment of my immaginations, good luck to you.
You all read the thread that I wrote last night about forgiving a cheating woman that
Son,
Normalize buying yourself something nice after you get paid.
- Buy yourself a quality cologne.
- Buy yourself a pair of new shoes.
- Buy yourself a lether Jacket.
Invest in your looks.
Do it for no one else but yourself.
When you look good, you feel good.
You're a man,
Never look desperate in life.
Remain calm during hard times.
Suffer in silence.
Mend your wounds in private.
Understand it's just your time to suffer.
Like every great man before you.
I've seen several woman flaunt their men on social media, with the identity of the men hidden.
I'm not sure I have ever seen a man flaunt his woman on social media, and the identity of the women would be hidden.
And you say that men are not the prize?
End.
