Amazing community spirit from the students of @HillsRoadNews and @chsgroup thank you for the presents which arrived for my Nana and her friends at her home, they are lovely!!

Together with local care homes we're spreading joy to residents who may be lonely over Christmas.🎄Students take a Giving Tree tag to grant a resident's wish (e.g. a pair of warm socks). 'Santa' will then deliver the gift, wrapped and full of festive cheer. 🎁❤️ #WeAreHills
