@Gerald_AWO Maybe this has already been stated, but I believe this to be a mascot for Manga Entertainment (or someone). I've seen it in a lot of magazines such as AnimeUK, Animag, and I think Animerica. Might have been in laters issues of Protoculture Addicts too.
