I havn’t been able to afford her allergy testing and immunotherapy yet 😵💫…I’m disabled and self employed, but I can’t work very much. Im just feeling very sad about it all 🥺

Eriko Tamura is forced to muster all her courage and weather what is possibly the single most turbulent year that fate could slight her with. Trapped in an endless maze and attacked from all sides she takes her bittersweet steps towards stardom. Nothing quite like it.
i really think that if you are into natural fabrics, you should shop secondhand before trying to buy new. you can find 100% cotton, 100% linen, and even 100% silk garments sooo inexpensively. i think it’s less expensive than everyone thinks it is
@axolotl776 Yeah buying secondhand lolita is really a long-term game in my experience, and seems like its got a trend cycle of its own but tbh the clothes are really timeless. price gouging on popular wish list items has always been a thing 🙂↕️. it ebbs and flows
It actually surprises me that lolita seems to be geting quite popular again ♡ It’s always been so niche but the niche has quietly expanded and is beloved again, it’s really interesting from an anthropological standpoint! Is there a drive for subculture or is is about elegance?
@himawari2020313 Lolita has always had a heavily encouraged DIY aspect to it- so evn though the aspirational objects are high-ticket items, I still think anyone who feels called to it can wear lolita. I started by making clothes from bedsheets and adding lace to thrifted blouses 🤷🏽
Even so It was totally a priority to collect my dream dresses when I had a bit of disposable income and build a wardrobe 🤭 I think if you really LOVE pretty clothes they’re so worth the investment!
@delphadae It is however most of the photos were hosted on photobucket so they’re not part of the entries anymore ( * ᵒ̴̶̷̥́ ·̫ ᵒ̴̶̷̣̥̀ * )! But you can still access the blog here
