Everyone thinks, “It could never be me.” Because you think you're too careful, too responsible, too private, too smart, too religious, too mature etc...until life reminds you that no one is above the programme.
Judge less. Be kind.
Always remember...
Men are the PRIZE.
And women are the PRICE.
There is nowhere a woman is mandated to spend any money during her wedding.
But the man must spend to marry his wife.
She positions herself and wins the PRIZE through femininity, respect and faithfulness.
While he shows love through leadership, protection and provision (PRICE).
That is why the bride is always the happiest during wedding ceremony.
Because she is the winner of the PRIZE.
Good morning.
If you are the type who has skin tags, also known as acrochordons, it could be a sign of insulin resistance.
If you’ve noticed these little growths on your skin, it might be time to take a closer look at your diet.
You can tackle this issue by cutting out sugar, wheat, and seed oils. These foods can contribute to insulin resistance and inflammation, making skin tags more likely to appear.
When you avoid those foods and make eggs, meat, and plenty of green leafy vegetables your friends, you may notice that new skin tags no longer appear.
You can also start using extra virgin olive oil on your skin. Not only is it great for cooking, but it may also offer soothing benefits that can help improve your skin health without breaking the bank on expensive treatments.
So, work on your diet and use extra virgin olive oil.
Early diagnosis won’t kill you. But delay might.
Let’s talk about facts, not fear.
In this part of the world, too many people wait until they’re half-dead before going to the hospital for a check-up.
Headache? You ignore it.
Lump? You pray about it.
Pain? You rub ointment.
Blood in your stool? You say, “It’s nothing.”
But denial doesn’t cure disease.
It only gives it time to grow.
Here’s what they won’t tell you:
Catching an illness early is not weakness.
It’s not “bad luck.”
It’s not inviting sickness.
It’s wisdom.
It’s how you stay alive.
It’s how you avoid spending millions when it’s too late.
Think of your body like a car.
You hear a sound in your engine—you fix it early.
You don’t wait for the car to catch fire before you take it to the mechanic.
So why do you do that with your own body?
A lump caught early can be removed.
An ulcer treated early can heal without surgery.
High blood pressure managed early can save your heart, eyes, and kidneys.
Diabetes diagnosed early can be reversed with diet and lifestyle.
But the longer you wait:
The more it costs.
The more it hurts.
Sometimes… the more fatal it becomes.
Your body is always talking.
Pain is a message.
Fatigue is a warning.
Bloating, dizziness, frequent urination, unusual weight loss—none of these are “normal.”
Don’t normalize symptoms.
Don’t wait for emergency.
Don’t wait till your village people are blamed.
Go for tests.
Check your blood pressure.
Do a scan.
Listen to your body.
Health isn’t just about healing.
It’s about catching what’s wrong before it destroys you.
Because you don’t need to fall sick to start taking care of yourself.
You just need to pay attention—and act early.
Don’t forget to reach out for a well-structured meal plan. It could be the difference between survival and suffering. Share this with someone stubborn.
I know you will leave the post and talk about this food.
Eating throughout the day keeps giving the kidneys more material to filter.
FASTING creates a period when no new food is entering the system.
FASTING reduces the workload placed on the kidneys and cures insulin resistance.
When you combine fasting with a low-carbohydrate diet, you will reclaim the health of failing kidneys.
Stop eating constantly.
Give digestion, insulin, and the kidneys a period of rest.
The body also needs time to relax from digesting and absorbing.

Let’s be honest. Bad breath is not a good thing to experience.
It does not matter whether you are the one having it or you came in contact with someone who has it.
Overall, the experience is not nice at all.
Halitosis is the medical term for bad breath.
Some people think halitosis is simply caused by skipping a brushing session.
But this is not just about skipping a toothbrush.
It is a sign that something is off in your mouth.
Your mouth is a bustling ecosystem, home to billions of bacteria, both good and bad.
The good bacteria help keep your mouth healthy, while the bad bacteria are responsible for that unpleasant odor.
These bad bacteria produce volatile sulfur compounds, also known as VSCs, which smell like rotten eggs or decaying garbage.
They thrive in a sticky, invisible layer of bacteria and debris called biofilm.
So, if you eat at night without brushing or rinsing your mouth before going to bed, you are inviting bad bacteria to throw a party in your mouth.
These bacteria act on leftover food particles and end up producing bad odor.
Biofilm clings to your teeth, gums, and especially the grooves of your tongue.
If you are not cleaning it off, you are essentially giving these bacteria a free pass, and your breath becomes the collateral damage.
Your breath will pay for it.
About 90 percent of bad breath comes from oral issues such as a coated tongue, gum disease, or poor oral hygiene.
The remaining 10 percent can be linked to deeper health problems like diabetes, liver issues, or respiratory infections.
Let’s focus on the 90 percent, because that is what you can control.
Even if you brush and floss every day, you can still have bad breath.
This is because many products we use, especially alcohol-based mouthwashes, may be doing more harm than good.
They kill all the bacteria in your mouth, both good and bad.
When the good bacteria are wiped out, the bad ones return stronger and faster. This creates a vicious cycle known as oral dysbiosis.
This imbalance does not just cause bad breath. It can also lead to gum disease, cavities, and even systemic issues like heart disease or Alzheimer’s.
Stop masking the problem.
Fix it.
Always brush and floss. These are non-negotiable.
They are important.
Many people brush daily but forget their tongue.
Use a tongue scraper to remove the biofilm hiding in the grooves of your tongue. This is where most bad-breath-causing bacteria live.
Forget harsh mouthwashes, especially products like strong alcohol-based rinses.
They may make your mouth feel fresh, but they disrupt your oral microbiome.
Feed the good bacteria with probiotics.
You can also get beneficial bacteria from fermented foods like yogurt, kefir, and sauerkraut.
Stay hydrated. A dry mouth is a breeding ground for bad bacteria.
Drink plenty of water to keep your saliva flowing. Saliva is your mouth’s natural defense system.
Watch what you eat. Garlic and onions are obvious culprits, but sugary and acidic foods are just as problematic.
They feed bad bacteria and disrupt your mouth’s pH balance.
You may have heard about oil pulling, which involves swishing coconut or sesame oil in your mouth to detox it.
While it is not harmful, it is not a miracle cure either.
It can help reduce bacteria and plaque, but it will not fix bad breath on its own.
If you enjoy it, you can continue, but do not rely on it as your only solution.
Bad breath is not just a social issue. It is a warning sign.
Your mouth is the gateway to your body, and an unhealthy oral microbiome can have far-reaching consequences.
By taking care of your mouth, you are not just freshening your breath. You are protecting your overall health.
Your mouth, your health, and everyone around you will thank you.

HOW TO PREVENT A HEART ATTACK:
Step 1: Know your numbers.
Fasting lipid panel. Total cholesterol. LDL. HDL. Triglycerides. Fasting blood sugar. HbA1c. Blood pressure.
If you do not know these numbers, you are driving blind.
Step 2: Remove the wheat.
Bread. Noodles. Pastry. Chin chin. All of it.
Wheat drives inflammation. Inflammation damages arterial walls. Damaged walls attract cholesterol deposits. That is how blockages form.
Step 3: Eat real fat.
Your heart runs on fatty acids, not sugar.
Eggs. Sardines. Coconut oil. Butter. Palm oil.
The low-fat lie made your heart weaker, not stronger.
Step 4: Move daily.
Not a gym. Walking. Thirty minutes. Every day.
Your heart is a muscle. Muscles that do not move weaken. A weak heart in a blocked system is how heart attacks happen.
Step 5: Stop reading lists and send me your labs.
Because heart attack prevention is not a checklist. It is a system.
Your cholesterol ratio matters more than your total number. Your triglycerides tell a different story than your LDL. Your fasting insulin reveals what your blood sugar is hiding.
A list does not read ratios. A plan does.
You have Googled “how to prevent a heart attack” before. Your arteries do not care what you Googled. They care what you ate.

Dear men,
Here are the some non-negotiables you must demand in your woman before marriage:
1. She must be a woman who can cook and genuinely enjoys cooking for YOU.
2. If she respects her father, she will most likely respect you when you lead her properly.
3. Test her level of accountability. When you give her money, does she account for how she spends it, or does she spend freely with no regard?
4. Look at her home. Who calls the shots, her mother or her father? A woman is largely a reflection of her mother.
5. If she supports Yahoo boys or fraud, she will eventually pressure you into stealing.
6. Confirm sexual compatibility. If she is not a virgin, verify that your sexual drives match.
7. Avoid women who live in church or jump from one religious program to another. Marry a religious woman, not an overly religious one. A truly religious woman loves and serves God. An overly religious one worships her pastor.
8. Check genotype compatibility at least twice. AA can marry anyone. AS should only marry AA. Never ignore this.
9. Scrutinize her friends. It is better for her to have no close female friends than to keep many. A woman should be reserved.
10. She must be a homely woman who puts her family first before her career. Never marry a woman who wants everything in the home outsourced.
11. Go through her social media thoroughly. Her views on marriage must align with yours. Make sure she has no nudes, semi-nudes, or overly revealing photos.
12. Reject feminists. Marry a woman who sees you as her head and willingly submits to your leadership. God has given you the authority to lead your wife. You cannot force submission, but you can choose a woman who submits.
13. Avoid female lawyers unless you are certain she rejects feminist ideology. Most are feminists by default.
14. Never consider a single mother.
15. Stay away from women with septum piercings and women who smoke. For your own good.
16. Study her family patterns. They are real. Examine the history of childbirth complications, chronic illnesses, and divorce rates in her family. Do not ignore this.
17. Watch how she treats you when angry. Does she withdraw respect, refuse to cook, or withhold sex to punish you? If she weaponizes any of these, run.
18. She must apologize when she is wrong. Reject the lie that "women don't apologize." Good women do.
19. Ensure she's a woman who involves you in her daily life. Make sure she's one who seeks your permission or guidance on important decisions.
20. Ensure she's a woman who believes in gender roles. A man provides, protects and leads. A woman supports and nurtures. Marriage is an institution with Cleary defined roles not one where you just "do whatever you like". The roles are flexible and that's where you get to assist each other not to cancel out roles.
21. If you want a virgin, still vet her using all the points above. Virginity alone is not enough. It is not a substitute for character, kindness, or respect.
Choose wisely. Your future depends to a large extent on the woman you marry, because once you choose her, you have chosen your destiny.
Above all, love God.
Men,
There are 4 organs that will quietly tell you whether you'll live a long life.
- Heart
- Lungs
- Thighs
- Penis
People spend fortunes chasing youth while neglecting the organs that matter.
Prioritize them.
Open your mouth.
Look at your tongue.
It is telling you everything your doctor has not checked.
White coating means Candida overgrowth.
Your gut yeast is thriving on the sugar you keep feeding it.
Scalloped edges, those teeth marks around the border, can mean your body is holding water, your thyroid may be sluggish, or your spleen is overworked.
Cracks down the centre can point to a compromised gut lining.
Deep cracks, deep damage.
A red tip can signal stress, heat, and inflammation your body is venting upward.
Your tongue is a mirror of your gut.
And most of you have never looked.
Don't eat too late or too early.
Before 7 p.m., you should be done with food for the day.
Your first meal of the day should be after 11 a.m.
That's how you should live for the rest of your life.
Good morning.
Don't forget to reach out for a well-structured meal plan.
A "blind" husband is a good husband.
And a good wife is a wife that keeps him permanently "blind" in peace.
Anyday a blind husband decides to open his eyes, he ceases to be a good husband.
Anyday his wife discovers that he's no longer blind, she ceases to be a good wife.
End.
High blood sugar exposes you to:
— Osteoporosis = bone rot
— Tight, wrinkled skin = skin rot
— Arthritis = inflammation of the joints
— Dementia = brain rot
— Retinopathy = eye rot
— Nephropathy = kidney rot
— Neuropathy = nerve rot
Sugar is your enemy.

To my Nigerians abroad, this one is for you.
You crossed an ocean for a better life, and somewhere along the way your body began to struggle in a way it never did at home.
The weight that crept on in the cold.
The energy that drained under long shifts and longer winters.
The frozen food, the quick meals between two jobs, the pounded yam that now comes from a packet.
The doctor who runs three tests, finds nothing, and tells you it is stress.
Your body did not betray you. It changed environment faster than anyone prepared it for. Different food, different light, different rhythm, different gut.
You do not have to choose between the food of home and your health.
You can have both, rebuilt to fit the life you are actually living, in Houston or Hackney or Toronto.
Home is not only a place you left.
It is also a body you can bring back to life.
If your body has not felt like itself since you left Nigeria, stop guessing.
Send me a DM today for a well-structured meal plan designed for Nigerians living abroad. It works with the foods you have access to, your schedule, and your health goals.
Your healing does not start with another prescription. It starts with what is on your plate.

If you are 30 and above, you do not need three meals a day. Nobody does.
Two meals.
One around midday.
One before evening closes.
Meat.
Fish.
Eggs.
Vegetables that grew from the ground, not from a factory.
No wheat.
No sugar.
No seed oil.
No malt drink you have convinced yourself is “malt, not soda.”
Drink water.
Add salt to your food.
Sleep.
Move your body.
Your grandfather did not eat cereal at 7am and a sandwich at 1pm and rice at 9pm. He ate when there was food, and he buried fewer of his age mates from sugar than you will.
Start today with two meals.
That is the whole instruction.

When you move into an apartment where people are silent, private and mind their own business,
Embrace the same culture,
Extend the same GRACE.
Don't move into an apartment and become the one who is noisy, chaotic, disrespectful, and belligerent.
The people you found living in that apartment are not silent and private so that your noise can thrive.
They are silent because they value their privacy.
Once you sign the terms of agreement with the landlord, adhere to them.
Respect your neighbours.
Or, move back to the noisy place you came from.
Respecting people is a valued trait.
