Four stages of habit formation
1. CUE: seeing your running shoes by the door.
2. CRAVING: maintain good health and fitness.
3. RESPONSE: going for a run.
4. REWARD: endorphin rush and sense of accomplishment
This habit loop, enables physical and mental benefits.
Incredible performance from @GeorgeRice94 this morning in the Telford 10k clocking 30.35. One of the best distance performances ever from a Jersey runner, possibly a jersey record?
🙌👧👦💫 It was a hugely inspiring week for all concerned and we’ve had a number of enquiries for children to join the club off the back of @Guernsey_2023
🙏 As a result, we need more volunteers in a number of roles! If you too loved it down at Footes Lane please reach out to us
Shout out to @GeorgeRice94 who has just come 16th in the @ManchesterHalf running a brilliant 1.10:14. Bruno Francisco also running a very strong 1.13.46 on his return. Lots of hard work paying off
ACCA Qualified! ✅️ Thanks to all those who supported me along this journey. It's been the most challenging thing I've done so far. But totally worth it!
