@British_Airways we are also unable to confirm we are "happy" with the later flight because your Group team are not open after 17:00. We not have 14 individual anxiously waiting to see if we will be able to fly. I have travelled nearly 200 miles to LHR in preparation for this

@British_Airways although you have offered us an alternative flight 12 hours later (18:55) this results in us missing a full day of our holiday and is unacceptable; especially when we will not have to fight for refunds on activities we'd booked and will now miss.

@FrankyM85 @paddypower @AskPaddyPower Customer service and @paddypower don't go in the same sentence. Betting companies should do more to keep loyal customers, instead of always chasing the new ones. They are easy to give away 'free bets' new customers but not to keep the old.
