@Uber clearly does not care about customer service. I have tried to contact them about my $75 gift card credits not working on the app and the suspended my account in return. Good job!

@Uber_Support decided to suspend my Uber account after I asked for help with payment methods not working for me. I have $75 in Uber gift cards loaded onto the account and they aren’t disclosing why my account is suspended. Great way to support your customers!
