And even if there was an agenda, what would it be? To reduce things like traffic &pollution? Sounds awful!

If it’s a regular occurrence where hundreds/thousands of accidents were being caused, it would likely be recorded.

I can’t recall a time of ever having to whilst driving, although I have to swerve due to poor motorists on a near daily basis, which is why drivers are licensed.
