My grandparents were Elliott fans, so I would cheer for Dale because they didn't like him. First race I know I sat down and watched all the way through was the 2001 Daytona 500.

@justinmelillo @RyanNawrocki5 That was my first ever try at the 500. Was running a lucky P8 before power loss. My race had about 10 to go, and was under yellow when it went out. Got back in and nabbed P11 somehow. Grueling race!
