@VerizonSupport I'm a Fios & Wireless customer. I've been w/Fios when it was NY Bell Telephone at 16 y/o. I'm almost 71 y/o now. For a customer my age & loyalty, there should be programs for over 55/65. T-Mobile is offering competition. What can Verizon do for me???
