Dr. @jennifermarksmd breaks down latest data for Trastuzumab Deruxtecan in HER2-overexpressing solid tumors including NSCLC at #LungCancerSymposium. Rapidly evolving space & need more prospective data to ID pts most likely to respond such as concurrent HER2 amp. @LombardiCancer
With my mentee, Dr. Vanya Aggarwal, a 2nd-year fellow at @GeorgetownHOF@LombardiCancer. Congratulations on receiving the Travel Award for #TTLC24. It’s a well-deserved honor. I am fortunate to work with Dr. Aggarwal.
Dr. @chulkimMD helps bring #TTLC24 up to date with the latest advances in thymic epithelial tumors (#TET, thymoma, thymic carcinoma). Some promise targeting XPO1. Immunotherapy has activity but also toxicity, esp in thymoma. Trop2 may be a good target (ADC trial opening soon).
