@TheRangeUK my advise to anyone tracking a parcel you won’t get it resolved just been told by customer service it’s my fault that the courier has left my parcel on the door step on open view of the general public and that nothing can be done

I would think twice trying to ever arrange a dispute for missed parcel from
Zara trying to resolve it will get you no where been trying to get to the bottom of a attempted delivery which I didn’t receive and still fighting my battles to tell @ZARA my problem and still no help
