@McDonaldsUK your delivery service is shocking. @ubereats_uk refusing to refund me because their driver delivered to the wrong address. When I spoke to them on phone they told me it’s been delivered to correct address. Consumer Rights Act. 2015 hasn’t come into play at all here.
@UberUKI_Support I have already spoken to this number. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you're responsible for making sure my order is delivered to me at my address or to an agreed alternative safe place. I did not agree to my order being left in an alternative place and I have not received it

@UberUKI_Support Thanks for responding, I’ve spoken to your customer services team and they remain to refuse a refund due to it being marked as delivered even though delivered to incorrect address. I’ve called your driver and left messages as shown in pictures. Order ID: 2E560
