Called countless times and been told I’m not eligible for a refund. HOW? I haven’t received my order!! The house pictured is not the house on the food order! @ubereats_uk @McDonaldsUK

@McDonaldsUK your delivery service is shocking. @ubereats_uk refusing to refund me because their driver delivered to the wrong address. When I spoke to them on phone they told me it’s been delivered to correct address. Consumer Rights Act. 2015 hasn’t come into play at all here.

@UberUKI_Support I have already spoken to this number. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you're responsible for making sure my order is delivered to me at my address or to an agreed alternative safe place. I did not agree to my order being left in an alternative place and I have not received it
