What my friends at ACC say about me: Ground Ginger tolerates attention and petting but appears fearful or stressed in the shelter. He/she may be a little more independent, and may need time to warm up to his/her new home. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents. Ground Ginger is a sleek little mini panther with silky black fur, soulful eyes, and the quiet elegance of a cat who knows she's fabulous. 🖤✨ This demure lady prefers to keep things low-key. She'll politely accept treats (without ever mussing up her perfect paws, of course) and can often be tempted out of hiding with a little catnip and gentle patience. Ground Ginger came from a hoarding situation and may never become a super social cat - but that doesn't make her any less special. She's looking for a calm home with someone who appreciates the beauty of simply sharing space with a quiet companion. Ground Ginger may not demand attention, but her soft presence and mysterious charm make her the perfect roommate for a fellow introvert.
