@realDonaldTrump Meantime, Trump has no plans to arrest and convict, former governor Scott of Florida and Senator Scott who stole a record amount of money from Medicare in the federal government
This Trump is the biggest lying hypocrite who has ever been president of the United States

[Bill Gephardt @GephardtBill]

@JocelynBenson @POTUS I am a huge fan!!!

[Bill Gephardt @GephardtBill]

@RSBNetwork You are not supposed to call people misinformed, so I won't.
Kari Lake is a con artist (like Trump). And the followers are, I guess, followers and believers.

[Bill Gephardt @GephardtBill]

@CoachWU Sorry for your loss, Billy.

My son was born with a bum kidney. The doctors. The hospitals. The tests. The results. As a dad, it’s all so terrifying. The people who donate are beyond selfless. They’re hero’s in the purest definition of the word.

Police have released the video of the UHP officer being hit in Sardine Canyon. Careful: It's pretty graphic: https://t.co/1PfQQReqrN

Governor Herbert: https://t.co/GGwImhnFl9

[Bill Gephardt @GephardtBill]

Contact the Governor (Phone/email/twitter)and urge passage of HB 241, the non-compete bill. I did, and I don't think many do because staff carefully takes your message. https://t.co/GGwImhnFl9

Utah Broadcast journalists: TV owners/managers meeting with Gov. to kill non-compete bill. Contact @GovHerbert and @SpencerJCox NOW! And call/email. I’m trying to get journalists meet w/gov

[Bill Gephardt @GephardtBill]

@AllisonCroghan @5kl @itschappy @abc4utah @GlenMillsABC4 @mschultz_12 That is a totally separate subject: secrecy and trademark infringement. But even is there are secrets, there would be no difference if you waited a year, or share secrets while unemployed. Separate subject.

[Bill Gephardt @GephardtBill]

@AllisonCroghan @5kl @itschappy @abc4utah @GlenMillsABC4 @mschultz_12 If another station offered you a better deal at the end of your contract, you might go...like in any other competitive business/job. —not forced to sit our a year for no pay. It’s called free market competition. Utah understands that.

[Bill Gephardt @GephardtBill]

@5kl @AllisonCroghan @itschappy @abc4utah @GlenMillsABC4 @mschultz_12 Well, yes there are protections for employers:. 1) treat your employees well, 2) compete for good employees like every other business. 3) you know, the same as every other emoloyer/employee relationship

[Bill Gephardt @GephardtBill]

@5kl @AllisonCroghan @itschappy @abc4utah @GlenMillsABC4 @mschultz_12 Egregious non-competes now force employees to NOT GET PAID for a whole year after getting fired or the contract ends. That’s not in the NBA!

[Bill Gephardt @GephardtBill]

@AllisonCroghan @GJMcClintock @cooterbobjim @itschappy @New_OrleansJazz @abc4utah @GlenMillsABC4 Precisely. It is also restraint of trade as stations enforce one another’s non competes...and, by the way, these are enforced for $30,000/year producers, not just on-air people.

[Bill Gephardt @GephardtBill]

@GJMcClintock @cooterbobjim @itschappy @New_OrleansJazz @AllisonCroghan @abc4utah @GlenMillsABC4 Actually, the stations enforce non-competes for each other by not talking to those under the other guy’s non-compete. As a practical matter, these are enforced ALL THE TIME.

[Bill Gephardt @GephardtBill]

@AllisonCroghan @itschappy @abc4utah @GlenMillsABC4 Whatever non-competes are, they certainly at NOT for the benefit of reporters, producers, and newsroom personnel, yet that’s The nonsense being peddled to legislators. Are they silly enough to believe it??

[Bill Gephardt @GephardtBill]

@GetGephardt you're welcome
