One lesson the crypto market keeps teaching me is that emotions are expensive.

FOMO has made people buy at the top, panic has made them sell at the bottom, and chasing every trending token rarely ends well.

Before putting money into any project, take a few minutes to understand what it actually does. Look into the team, the roadmap, the community, and whether it solves a real problem. A little research can go a long way.

Also, don't invest more than you're willing to lose. Have a plan before you enter a trade, and don't forget that taking profits is just as important as making them.

The market will always present new opportunities. You don't have to catch every pump to succeed.

Stay patient, manage your risk, and keep learning. That's how you improve over time.
