A small heartfelt write up for Ann Kelleher. Along with Pat, she too will be remembered for the exceptional work she’s done which will literally save Intel!
She took charge after Venkata Murthy Renduchintala was let go for Intel 4 delays a couple of years ago.
Ever since she took charge, she has executed perfectly in lock-step with Pat’s foundry plans and never missed a mark. Without her, Pat’s plans would have never worked.
She’s one of the people at Intel who deserves the highest respect. Now that she’s retiring (out of her own free will, she’s 59), I salute her for the amazing work she’s done. Esp her exceptional contribution to 18A which will save Intel.
If Pat is the father of 18A, she undoubtedly is its mother. She will not be forgotten!
Congrats to 128 Grazer, our 2023 #FatBearWeek champion! 🥳 Though unaware of her title in this imaginary contest, her success is real! For bears, fat = success, & she's set up well for winter.
We had a record-shattering 1,382,783 votes! There's so much love for our bears! ❤️
The longer people are in academia, the more they realize that when reading papers it's best to ignore Intro, Discussion etc. and just look at Methods and Results

I had this exact same experience throughout my entire PhD. VAC gloveboxes are the biggest pieces of junk available on the market. I’m very proud of what chemistry we could do in spite of their terrible box
Are you on the market for a glovebox?
I bought a glovebox from Vac, and the moisture levels have not dropped below 4ppm after 4 months, many regenerations, and even a catalyst change. They won’t come out to fix the problem. 1/3
Massive Congratulations to Andrew Ezazi, Ph.D. #9 from the group!! Through the years Andy has shown to be amazing as a chemist and a mentor in the group. In future Andy is going to join @SarbajitBanerj1 , at TAMU. We can't wait to see all the awesome work he does there, Goodluck!
Intel’s collaboration with Arm will expand the market opportunity for IFS and opens up new options and approaches for any fabless company that wants to access best-in-class CPU IP and the power of an open system foundry with leading-edge process technology.
In solution, they are difficult to catch. But a photochemical in crystallo transformation was successful. Full story (1st author @bastiaan_kooij with a crucial contribution from @Powers_Lab) now out in @angew_chem: https://t.co/BGhBoQhyh8
