The problem is that the physician doesn’t have what the insurance company wants - the payment. That comes from patients and employers. Thats where the power lies.

Imagine waking up one morning to find that someone has taken out a massive loan in your name. You never signed anything.

You never agreed to it. Yet now, you’re being told you have to work for the rest of your life to pay it back—or else.

If a private citizen did this to you, they’d be thrown in prison for fraud.

But when politicians do it, they call it “public debt” and expect you to accept it as your civic duty. They take out loans without your consent, spend recklessly, and when the bill comes due, they don’t pay it—you do. And if you refuse?

They’ll send armed agents to take what they claim is theirs.

They are using your money to buy the very weapons they will point at you if you resist.

This isn’t governance. This is theft at gunpoint. A contract without consent is void. A debt imposed without agreement is fraud.

Yet the government forces generation after generation into financial servitude, stripping them of their labor, their earnings, and their future to service loans they never agreed to.

This is not the cost of civilization. This is the price of enslavement.

They don’t ask permission. They don’t hold referendums. They don’t seek consent.

They simply borrow, spend, and hand you the bill. And the worst part? They know the debt can never be repaid.

That’s the game.

The more you owe, the harder you work to stay afloat. The more you work, the more they can extract.

And when that’s not enough, they’ll pass the burden onto your children, forcing them to inherit a lifetime of taxation to pay for the crimes of politicians long dead.

No free society operates like this. No free man tolerates it.

A government that can force debt onto the people at will is no different from a cartel—except the cartel doesn’t pretend it’s for your own good.

They don’t rob you blind and call it patriotism. They don’t take your wages, seize your property, and strip your freedom while lecturing you about the “social contract.”

There is no contract. There is only coercion.

And the moment you resist, the mask comes off. Try refusing to pay your share of their fraudulent debt.

See how quickly they come for you. See how swiftly their benevolence turns to violence. See how easily they justify ruining your life to protect the system that keeps them in power.

This is not debt. This is theft. This is extortion. This is slavery.

And unless the people rise and reject it, unless they refuse to be chained to the reckless greed of bureaucrats, it will never stop. The unborn will inherit shackles instead of freedom, forced to labor for a government that never worked for them.

No free man has an obligation to fund his oppressors.

No free society allows thieves to sign the people into servitude. No legitimate government burdens its citizens with debts they never agreed to.

This is not your debt. This is not your burden. And those who acquired it should bear the cost—alone.

If you think physicians are overpaid, maybe you should take the necessary course work in undergrad, take and pass the MCAT, apply for med schools, pay hundreds of thousands for tuition, learn for 4 years in a very high pressure learning environment, then pay thousands more to apply for a training job that you may or may not get, then if you do get it, you get to work 80 hours a week making $15/hour for 3 - 9 years wherein more than one day off in a row is a rarity, all the while many normal life events and processes get pushed to the side, then you FINALLY get a “real” job that’ll pay very well but you’ll realize your patients are not your customers (the insurance companies are), they are the product, and you’ll realize you have a lot to learn about the business of medicine in order to advocate for your patients and for yourself in order to be okay.

Then YOU can say “no thanks I don’t deserve to make that much.”

Or you can just skip all of that, realize now that the insurance and hospital system complexes are trying to hoodwink you, and appreciate the life work and care physicians commit to all of us, recognizing that while all things in medicine play a role in what we see today, physicians themselves are not the villain.

They are on our side.
